- When am I charged?
- When you book. Your card is charged at the time of booking, not after the shoot. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month.
- How fast do photos arrive?
- Listing photos are delivered the next day, with rare exceptions on holidays. Video edits ship in three days. Drone aerials are included in the same gallery as the photos.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- Email us up to 24 hours before the shoot and we'll move the slot at no charge. Inside 24 hours, we ask for a small reschedule fee to cover the photographer's time.
- Can I bundle multiple services?
- Listing media takes add-ons (Drone Aerials, Video Tour, Branded Intro/Outro) at booking time. Headshots and monthly reels are booked separately as standalone agent services - same login, separate flows.
