1. Program description
The Agent Admins SMS Program (the “Program”) is operated by AK3 Media on behalf of Agent Admins, LLC (a Keller Williams partnership). It sends transactional text messages — primarily a shoot-day reminder — to real estate agents who have booked real-estate photography services through agentadmins.com.
2. How to enroll
You enroll by providing your mobile phone number on the booking form at /book (or the profile page at /account/profile) and checking the explicit consent box that says “Text me shoot-day reminders.” Consent is captured at the moment you check the box and persisted alongside your account.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book any service from us without opting in to SMS.
3. Message types and frequency
While enrolled you can expect approximately one (1) message per booking: a shoot-day reminder sent the morning of your scheduled shoot. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this Program.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, set by your wireless carrier. Agent Admins does not charge you for the messages themselves.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent. You can also opt out from your profile settings by unchecking the SMS consent box and saving.

7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Major US carriers are supported including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and their resellers / MVNOs.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are processed only to deliver transactional SMS related to your bookings, via our messaging partner (Twilio Inc.). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
